Once a king of middleweight boxing, Marvin Hagler died at 66 due to breathing issues. Bob Arum, who used to be the promoter of Hagler, told news channels that Marvin was an all-time brilliant athlete as Top Rank had rarely ranked such a talent.
Hagler’s determination was impeccable. He always honored his talent and never let anyone down. The truth in his being was unparalleled as he always kept his word. The CEO of Top Rank Bob Arum, would remember him immensely.
James, Marvin Hagler’s son, said that the family took the legendary boxer to a New Hampshire hospital on Saturday. Hagler was facing breathing issues and constant chest aches while he was at home earlier.
Hospital authorities informed the Hagler family that he died after four hours since getting admitted to the facility. There is no information available about the real reason for the once undisputed boxing emperor’s death. Although there are apprehensions that covid-19 could be the reason.
Hagler’s fan Club’s official page stated that they are mourning over their idol’s death news on Saturday. The wife of Marvin Hagler said that he lost his husband. It came as a real; a shock to the family. The family was beside his death bed in New Hampshire. She requested that everyone should respect their privacy in this hard phase of the family.

Marvelous Marvin had written his name in history as an excellent middleweight boxer. He was unbeatable in the 1980’s. There was an impeccable winning spree between 1980 and 1987 which led him to be the unquestioned king.
Hagler tasted success for the first time when there was a draw in the ring with famous Vito Antuofermo in 1979. Although Hagler fought so well that almost everyone thought of him as the winner. Next year he faced Alan Minter and snatched the title, smashing him in the third round.
The Famous WAR between Hagler and Tommy Hearns
