Laker Gameday Advance: No. 3/3 Men’s Hockey in Plattsburgh
In the final game of the regular season, Oswego State No. 3/3 will play in Plattsburgh to complete the final trip to the northern country of the season.
The Lakers 18-4-2 (11-3-1 SUNYAC) enter the game, while the Cardinals 11-11-2 (9-5-1 SUNYAC). The Lakers win in one game and the Cardinals in three games.
With its victory over SUNY Potsdam, last night with a score of 3: 2, the state of Oswego won the second seed in SUNYAC, which means that on February 23 it will host the semifinal of the playoffs.

Plattsburgh State
The cardinals needed Oswego to lose to SUNY Potsdam, to have at least some chance of a second start in the playoffs, but they lost all opportunities.
One way or another, the Cardinals won two more points over SUNY Cortland in a 5-1 victory on Friday night. Cam Owens (1st, 1st), Mike Falanga (1st, 1st), Matt Araujo (2nd) and Ross Sloan (2nd) spent many points’ nights.
Cole Stallard, Philip Middleton, and Andrew Pizzo were the other scorers of the Cardinals. Jimmy Poreda played 55 minutes of the game, making 19 saves. It is not clear why he left the game. Reserve archer Brandon Wells made two saves.
The man’s advantage was not successful all three times when he went to the ice for the state of Plattsburgh, while his unit, killing a criminal, killed the four fines committed by the team.
